Railroad mealprep is a serious painpoint in my house. My husband tries to be as cost efficient as possible and loves a good leftover. Soooo, we usually don't have a problem, as long as I keep cooking... but when I hit a lazy streak, order out a few days (weeks) in a row, next thing I know all he's talking about is food. "I need food for the road." "What am I going to take to work with me?" Ughhh.
